Apple Next Recalling Batteries
It's Apple's turn. They are recalling 1.8 million Sony made batteries. Wonder who will be next. Sony is one of the largest laptop battery provider if not the largest. The Dell one will cost them around 400 million, I'm guessing the Apple one will be around 200 million. Bad for PS3 launch fund.

Court Rules Warrantless Eavesdropping Unconstitutional
Giant step for local mankind. Federal court has ruled the White House/NSA program which eavesdrop without warrant is unconstitutional. Imagine that. You need a warrant to violate someoe's priacy. Who would've thought?
Remember what Ben Franklin said. "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."

Hikaru Utada Reign Supreme On Tetris DS
As part of the Nintendo promotion, G setup a event where a random drawing of 30 people were choosen to be able to play Tetris DS against Hikaru Utdata in vs mode. Most people thought she would be a push over, after all, she's just a singer promoting Nintendo DS. The secret is, she's actaully a very good tetris player. She beat the crap out of one of the Famitsu edtiors over and over during 30 minute period.
The final record from the event is 26-4.
Dell Adding AMD64 Laptops
I knew this would happen as soon as Dell announced they would have AMD64 servers by October. After all, HP is selling tons of AMD64 laptops, why give up the profit? It'd be a different story if Dell is Intel only. But now they've embraced AMD64 for servers, why stop there? Looks like AMD64 dual core laptops could arrive as soon as October as well.
